I Woke Up and I was no longer writing my code - Dimitar Delev
I went from barely using AI to having agents do most of my implementation work. My role has shifted from writing code to directing and reviewing it.
As I increasingly relied on AI-assisted coding, I began to feel that I was gradually losing my coding ability—not because I had stopped building things, but because I was writing less code myself, practicing less problem-solving, and becoming more dependent on AI to do the thinking I used to do on my own. This shift made me question my identity as a developer.
In this talk, I’ll share my experience adopting AI-driven development, the practical challenges I’ve faced, and how I’m rethinking my role as a developer.
Hallucinating Buttons: A Generative UI Story - Aleksandar Atanasov
An LLM designed my UI and invented buttons that did nothing. This is the story of building generative UI in JS, from hallucinated chaos to typed components, schema validation, and streaming, and when it’s actually worth it. No AI background needed.
